“When I first got this role I just cried like a baby because I was like, “Wow, next Halloween, I’m gonna open the door and there’s gonna be a little kid dressed as the Falcon.” That’s the thing that always gets me. I feel like everybody deserves that. I feel like there should be a Latino superhero. Scarlett does great representation for all the other girls, but there should be a Wonder Woman movie. I don’t care if they make 20 bucks, if there’s a movie you’re gonna lose money on, make it Wonder Woman. You know what I mean, ’cause little girls deserve that.”—Anthony Mackie (via rexilla)
My laptop’s bright in the motel tonight Not a weapon to be seen A kingdom of hunting research, And it looks like I’m the king.
My brother’s groaning as I push my bangs aside Couldn’t keep it short, heaven knows I tried
Don’t let Dean in, don’t let him see Throw away the scissors and be free Conceal and steal, don’t let Dean know Where his scissors go
Let it grow, let it grow Can’t hold it back anymore Let it grow, let it grow I will never lose this war
I don’t care What Dean’s going to say Let my hair grow on, The length never bothered me anyway
It’s funny how many years I’ve let my hair grow long And the words that once controlled it Seem so horribly wrong
A ponytail, maybe a bun Who knew my hair could be such fun No right, no wrong, no rules for me I’m free
Let it grow, let it grow Until it flows back through the sky Let it grow, let it grow No matter how many times I die
I don’t care What Dean’s going to say Let my hair grow on,
Dean thinks it’s girly, but I just don’t think I care Because he cries a lot so his insults are hardly fair And when you live our life, you make the good things last I’m never going back, My short hair’s in the past
Let it grow, let it grow I’ve got the freedom now to choose Let it grow, let it grow With my great hair, I can’t lose
Here I stand Researching everyday Let my hair grow on, The length never bothered me anyway
I got tagged by Thorinsbraidedpubes (Sietske, your url still makes me laugh)
Rule 1: Post the rules
Rule 2: Answer the questions the person who tagged you asked and write 10 new ones
Rule 3: Tag 10 people and link them to the post
Rule 4: Actually tell them you tagged them
Thorinsbraidedpubes’ questions for me:
1. What’s the last film you saw in cinemas?
I saw Divergent on Friday, it was quite good. I preferred the book, but Jai Courtney with tattoos and piercings was nice.
2. What’s fav your guilty pleasure film?
Probably Step Up, or any number of predictable dance films. I don’t know why I love them so much, I can’t dance for shit.
3. What song are you listening to right now?
Cool if I come over by Louden Swain. I need to get the rest of the album, why don’t I have money????
4. What’s the weirdest thing that you’ve done actually proud of?
Does GISHWHES count? Because probably that.
5. Dragons, yes or no?
HELL YES. but only in fiction, if there were real dragons I would be terrified
6. Which TV show made you cry the hardest?
Spartacus. The Spartacus finale broke me, and a whole bunch of other episodes make me want to rip my heart out. It’s so good, everyone should watch it
7. Have you got any body art (think piercings or tattoos)?
I have one tattoo on my left forearm saying you can’t take the sky from me. As soon as I can afford it I will be getting several more.
8. What’s something nobody/most of the people don’t know about you?
I used to be pretty good at hockey when I was a kid but stopped when I got to high school because i got lazy/it was always freezing where I went to practice. I kinda wish I hadn’t stopped, but oh well.
9. What Pokémon would you be?
I’d want to be a charmander, but a snorlax seems like a pretty good choice tbh
10. Do you have any wise words to share with your lovely followers?
If your old chemistry teacher turns up and asks you to cook meth with him, run far far away (i started a BrBa rewatch and Jesse is killing me. Again)
I am too lazy to think of questions/tag people, sorry
so let me get this straight. anti-choicers took $500,000 dollars worth of pennies and sealed them in a glass case as a “memorial” to “victims” of abortion. i’m going to say that again. these people have locked away $500,000 dollars as a “tribute” to dead blobs of cells instead of donating that money to actual living breathing children who don’t have basic necessities or homes.
